There are 6 characteristics in the SCORAD system: 1) erythema (hyperaemia), 2) oedema/papular-formation, 3) weeping/barks, 4) excoriation, 5) epidermal hypertrophy, 6) dryness.
Every characteristic is assessed according to scale from 0 to 3 points (0 – absence, 1 – light, 2 – medium, 3 – critical) in accordance with the proposed photos.

Estimate damaged skin area. Damaged skin areas, which should be taken into account, have to be inflammatory but not dry. Notice, that 1 palm constitutes 1% of the entire skin surface.
